In connection with the Boisénart shopping center, near Melun, surrounded by forest, an open-air retail park, entirely dedicated to furiniture.
To respect the privileged natural area, this shopping promenade has adopted natural materials that are particularly well integrated into their environment. Wood, gabions, green walls..
The walking areas are fully planted within the open-air mall itself, and sheltered by wooden canopies. The center was awarded the HQE Label as soon as it opened.
